I am a new customer of yours. I wanted to
express how happy I am with your dry cleaning service.
First I would like to say that the young man who took our clothes
Saturday morning was an extremely pleasant and helpful young man. I
did not see what his name was, although I think he had a name tag
on, but he was just delightful. From my husbands description he was
also the young man who gave my husband our clothes when he picked
them up tonight.
Second I was so happy with the presentation
of our clothes. They were very nicely hung on the hangers. Your
supply of hangers is fabulous. Not having to deal with safety pins
to get my clothes off the hanger is so nice. Besides how much nicer
they hang with your hangers. The clothes looked very clean and
fresh. My husband’s shirts were pressed neatly and starched
superbly. The final touch of giving us a bag to bring our clothes
in is great.
I will definitely be a returning customer
with this kind of fabulous service. I noticed many other details
that were very impressive which tells me you have a good process
when handling customers clothing and keeping them in tact. I will
pass the word about your great service and wish you the best in
your business.
